Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is preparing a celebration featuring paid actors for the full-scale invasion's anniversary

Putin plans to "celebrate" the invasion of Ukraine with a concert in Moscow, where he is to deliver a speech.
It is noted that authorities are paying people to attend, offering 500 rubles per several hours. They are promising food and "brand clothes" to students to attend the concert as well.
In September 2022, a similar rally took place at the Luzhniki Stadium, but then they offered 1.5 thousand rubles to attend.
