“Poland relies on Ukrainian army and NATO membership”: MP Kniazhytskyi on Russian threat
Ukrainian MP Mykola Kniazhytskyi believes that Poland does not fully realize the risks of Russian aggression against it
He voiced this opinion on Espreso TV.
“The Poles are well aware that Russia is their greatest enemy. This is understood by representatives of the government and the opposition. Are they ready for a war with Russia and are they preparing for it? In my opinion, they are very careless about their own and our common future, relying only on the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the fact that Putin will not attack them because they are NATO members. I think that there are no such limits for the Russian dictator, and NATO membership does not guarantee Poland that Russia will not attack it,” Kniazhytskyi explained.
The MP added that Poland should make efforts to cooperate with Ukraine.
“Poland needs to cooperate much more actively with Ukraine. This applies to all areas. They need to take more care of their own security and the security of the European continent. Because it seems that Poland is not fully prepared to resist Russian aggression. They hope that it will not affect them. However, the situation could be very serious for them,” he added.
