"On the one hand, it looks like we'll be waiting two years for NASAMS, all eight sets. On the other hand, the form of the contract under which the US placed the order for the supply of eight NASAMS batteries to us suggests that this contract will be executed covertly and with an accelerated deadline", Kyrychevskyi explained.
According to him, if it is possible to exceed the schedule and deliver the complexes earlier, that is good.
"The US has accelerated the production of missiles for Taiwan, and it is obvious that NASAMS, with all the batteries for us, will also accelerate. The clauses state that the first two batteries will arrive first. We can hope for that in the next one or two months", he added.
