Russian Defense Ministry claims downing 39 UAVs as Rostov region reports attack
On the night of Tuesday, November 26, Russian authorities claimed to have repelled a drone attack, including one targeting the Rostov region
Acting Governor Yuri Slyusar reported the attack on the Rostov region.
“Since midnight, air defense systems have been repelling enemy air attacks in the Rostov region. So far, 4 UAVs have been destroyed: near Novoshakhtinsk, Taganrog, Kamensk and Zernograd,” he wrote at 1:06 am.
Slyusar said there were no casualties or damage on the ground.
In the morning, the Russian Defense Ministry reported the downing of 39 drones: “24 UAVs were destroyed over the territory of the Rostov region, five over the territory of the Bryansk region, three over the territory of the Belgorod region, three over the territory of the Kursk region, one over the territory of the Orel region, one over the territory of the Voronezh region, and two over the territory of the Republic of Crimea.”
