Long-range weapons, armored vehicles and pilot training in UK’s defense package

"We have a powerful defense package from the UK. We have agreed on a significant number of armored vehicles, the supply of long-range weapons, and also we have agreed to start training Ukrainian pilots. I believe that this is our clear signal - of Ukraine and the United Kingdom - that together we are not just going, but will go all the way to our common victory," Zelenskyy said.

For his part, Rishi Sunak emphasized that the UK is accelerating the supply of various types of weapons to Ukraine.

"In particular, when we talk about Challenger tanks, they are needed next month already to defend Ukraine," he said.

• On February 8, Zelenskyy arrived in Great Britain to meet with Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and King Charles III. He also spoke in the British Parliament about the creation of an aircraft coalition, calling it "wings for freedom."

• Zelenskyy visited the British military base where they train Ukrainian soldiers.

• During his visit to Great Britain, Zelenskyy together with Sunak signed the London Declaration on military aid, sanctions and reconstruction of Ukraine.
