F-16 pilots destroy 10 aerial targets in Russian morning attack
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that during Russia's attack on November 17, F-16 pilots destroyed around 10 enemy aerial targets
He shared this information on social media.
According to Zelenskyy, over the past week, Russia used nearly 140 missiles of various types, more than 900 guided aerial bombs, and over 600 strike drones.
“Today, our F-16 pilots shot down approximately 10 aerial targets. Efforts to address the consequences of the combined attack on our infrastructure in the Rivne, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Volyn, and Odesa regions are ongoing,” the president reported.
He said that Russia is once again trying to intimidate Ukrainians with cold and blackouts, repeating its actions and trying to get results from them.
“The entire world sees and knows that we are defending ourselves against absolute evil, which understands no language but force. We need unity, the world needs unity. Only together can we stop this evil,” Zelenskyy stressed.
- On Sunday morning, November 17, Russian forces launched a large-scale attack on Ukraine. Strategic bombers took flight, and cruise and ballistic missile launches were detected. Energy infrastructure was a primary target.
