War should end in 2025 through diplomatic means, says Zelenskyy
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says that for its part, Ukraine must do everything to ensure that the war ends in 2025 via diplomatic means
He said this in an interview with Ukrainian Radio.
"You are at war, I don't want to compare with whom, but you are at war with a state that does not value its people, that has a lot of equipment, that does not care how many people die. This is what is happening. And on our part, we have to do everything we can to ensure that this war ends next year. We have to end it diplomatically. And this, I think, is very important," Zelenskyy emphasized.
He noted that the Russian forces are advancing at the front with "huge losses" - 1,500-2,000 wounded and killed per day. Now, in some areas, the advance has slowed down, and in order to stop the enemy's advance, "the reserves, equipped with the equipment of the brigade we have been waiting for, will be sent," the president added.
