Is Russia’s FSB running FBI through Ukraine’s SBU?
The Ukrainian authorities, represented by the SBU, clearly compromised their US counterparts from the FBI and asked them to block Ukrainian, anti-Russian pages on social networks – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and even Twitter
And this is serious. As it turned out, the Ukrainian government has not only introduced television censorship in the form of a "single telemarathon."
The Ukrainian authorities, represented by the SBU, clearly compromised their American counterparts from the FBI and asked them to block Ukrainian, anti-Russian pages on social networks - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and even Twitter.
There is a scandal in the United States over this and an investigation by a House Judiciary Committee. The Committee's report, published on its website, explicitly mentions censorship at the request of the SBU, infiltrated by Russian mole agents.
"First, in March 2022, the SBU asked to block pro-Russian accounts. And in May, it provided a list of Ukrainian resources that were allegedly used to promote among other things, “disunity of political forces and Ukrainian society as a whole.” The letter concluded, “we ask you to block these Facebook pages, as well as the accounts with which they are administered.”
Now, the SBU should obviously provide a list of those groups and accounts that "disunited political forces" and explain what this means. Otherwise, it looks like some officials want to use the law enforcement agencies, compromising our partners, to completely cleanse the information space from any criticism…
And it's damned bad. Because there are a lot of my friends in the shadow ban who are writing about corruption in procurement, poor quality turnstiles, and other problems that directly affect many Ukrainian lives…
