Invaders damaged 566 Ukrainian educational institutions, 73 of them were destroyed - Shkarlet

This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Education and Science Sergiy Shkarlet.

He recalled that March 24 is exactly a month since the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine.

"During this time, 566 educational institutions suffered from bombing and shelling, 73 of them were destroyed. The aggressor claims that it strikes only at military facilities of our country. But we have collected numerous facts and arguments that refute this statement: the Russian aggressor destroys houses, kindergartens, schools and universities", he emphasized.

According to the minister, 29 days of a full-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine changed the lives of citizens, but Ukrainians proved that they are a strong nation and will fight for victory to the end.

"Each of us is doing everything possible to bring victory closer: some stop tanks with their bare hands, some go out to protest in occupied cities, some prepare the most delicious food for our military, some turn to God in prayer, and some continue to teach and learn and hold tight an educational front. Thanks to such interaction and the efforts of proud people who love their Motherland above all, the plans of the invaders to seize our land failed. We will definitely win! We will build an even better Ukraine! We will never forget the feat of our heroes!", Sergiy Shkarlet summed up.
