World-famous British writer, author of the Harry Potter series of books J.K. Rowling wished all Ukrainians a Happy New Year

She left the corresponding message on Twitter.

A fan of J.K. Rowling, in particular her series of Harry Potter novels, shared in the social network a photo of her collection of the author's books translated into Ukrainian. She thanked the writer for supporting Ukraine.

"Happy New Year from Ukraine. Thanks for your support," she captioned the photo.

J.K. Rowling did not leave the post unattended. The writer reposted it and replied to the fan from Ukraine.

"Wishing you and all your fellow Ukranians a much happier new year," she wrote.

The writer added the hashtag “Glory to Ukraine".

The tweet of the Harry Potter author has collected more than 11 thousand likes.

J.K. Rowling supports Ukraine in the war waged by Russia.
