General Staff believes that "Wagner line" won't stop Ukraine's Defense Forces
The progress of the construction of the so-called "Wagner line" is being carefully studied together with Ukraine’s partners, and ways to overcome it are being considered
Brigadier General Oleksii Hromov, Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Department of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff, stated this during the briefing.
“Engineered barriers are intended to stop or complicate the advance of enemy troops. They can be both explosive and non-explosive barriers. However, the history of wars has quite a few examples when a countermeasure was made for each weapon. Accordingly, thanks to international partners, we have means of overcoming mine-explosive barriers,” the military said.
According to the brigadier general, currently the progress of building the so-called "Wagner line" is being carefully studied, and ways to overcome it are being considered.
“I can tell you with confidence: we will approach - we will overcome,” General Hromov added.
