Putin said this in an interview with Russia's Russia 1 propaganda channel.
He said that if the West supplies long-range missiles to Ukraine, Russia will draw the appropriate conclusions.
"But if they are supplied, we will draw the appropriate conclusions and use our means of attack, which are more than sufficient to strike at those objects that we have not yet attacked," Putin said.
A fragment of the interview published online shows that the conversation was recorded in a small windowless room.
