EU and NATO will issue statement to call on Russia to withdraw troops from Ukraine - Ukrainian diplomat
Diplomat, international expert Yaroslav Voitko noted that Russia's crimes will become the basis of an international tribunal, which is planned to be created
He said this live on the Espreso TV channel.
"Many EU countries have already recognized Russia as a state-sponsor of terrorism. Many countries have recognized genocide of Ukrainian people. Russia's crime regarding the crash of Polish-led plane near Smolensk has already been recognized. The Hague is in the process of recognizing Russia's guilt regarding Malaysian plane that was shot down over occupied Donbas. Russia is responsible for the deportation of the Ukrainian population from the occupied territories. The gene pool of Ukrainian people is being depleted, children are being taken away," Voitko stressed.
According to the diplomat, Russian crimes will become the basis of international tribunal, which is planned to be created to condemn crimes of Russian Federation.
"EU and NATO are planning to make a statement in the near future, where they will condemn the Russian Federation and call on Russia to withdraw its troops from Ukrainian territory. This can happen either before the end of December or at the beginning of January. These actions will begin the process of not only condemning Russian Federation, but also bringing Russia to justice", Voitko stressed.
