Ukraine receives €150 million from EU for school meals and infrastructure recovery
The European Union has transferred €150 million to Ukraine, marking the second tranche under the agreement to support Ukraine's rapid recovery

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced the transfer.
He stated that the funds will be used to provide free meals for children in grades 1–4, restore infrastructure, and ensure the uninterrupted production of agricultural goods.
“This is the second tranche under the agreement between Ukraine and the EU to support rapid recovery, which allocates €300 million to our country,” Shmyhal said.
- Ukraine also received a $1 billion tranche from the United States, sourced from frozen Russian assets.
