During the past day, the occupying Russian army lost 1,030 soldiers in the war in Ukraine. Ukrainian forces also destroyed 49 artillery systems and 32 UAVs

Russia's total combat losses from 24.02.22 to 08.08.24 are estimated to be:

submarines - 1 (+0)
vehicles and fuel tanks - 22,371 (+86)

Two people were killed in the Russian shelling of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region.
