Oleksandr Los, doctor of Technical Sciences, captain with the Ukrainian Armed Forces, notes that China's computer power exceeds the entire world's supercomputer park

He shared the information on Espreso TV.

"All the technologies that were created in Ukraine, such as laser gyroscopes, special materials, special coatings, everything that was developed in Ukraine ended up in China, both officially and unofficially. Just look at how the Ukrainian aircraft carrier Varyag ended up in China, along with its designers and 20 tons of documentation, and was transformed into the Liaoning aircraft carrier. Similarly, the documentation for the nuclear version of the next aircraft carrier ended up in China. In a quarter of a century, China has reached unprecedented heights in technological development. A confrontation between the United States and China has occurred. The main war is in the field of computing power and so-called artificial intelligence. China's computing power exceeds the entire world's supercomputer fleet," Los emphasized.

According to the doctor of technical sciences, artificial intelligence is actively used in military weapons.

"Artificial intelligence is actively used in military weapons. The barrage munitions used by Russia in the war against Ukraine are the first embryos of autonomous lethal weapons. These weapons search for targets. This means that there is no longer a need to create long-range artillery and ballistic missiles. Weapons of this newest class, which are highly accurate, are enough to change the "nature of war." Russia is now ramping up production of lethal autonomous weapons that can turn the tide of war," added Los.

  • The EU may impose sanctions on several Chinese companies for supplying electronics to Russia.

  • Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley emphasized that it is in the interests of the US that China and Russia do not form a military alliance.
