Peace agreement should have been done year ago: Musk supports idea that US should stop military aid to Ukraine
American billionaire Elon Musk believes that Ukraine's position is weakening every day, so it should have signed a peace agreement with Russia a year ago. He supported the idea that the United States should stop providing military assistance to Ukraine
He wrote about this on Twitter.
The businessman commented on a post by American blogger Wall Street Silver, who said that Ukraine "lost this war," so it must accept Moscow's ultimatums and the occupation of part of its territory.
"It is time for a ceasefire and peace talks between Ukraine and Russia. Ukraine has lost this war and nothing will change that. Ukraine doesn't have enough men to win. $60 billion for Ukraine won't change the facts. Russia is going to keep Crimea and parts of eastern Ukraine," the blogger wrote.
In response, an American businessman supported the blogger and said that "it is just a question of how many die before that reality is accepted."
According to Musk, a peace agreement between Kyiv and Moscow should have been done a year ago.
"Since then, thousands of boys have died for nothing and Ukraine’s position grower weaker by the day," the billionaire said.
