This is stated in a recent video message from Irpin Mayor Oleksandr Markushyn, reports Espresso.TV. "Soldiers are defending our Irpin. To date, Irpin is not captured.
70% is under Ukrainian control. We are fighting for 30%, "Markushin said.

At the same time, the mayor of Irpin asked not to believe the fakes about his alleged disappearance, injury, or the “captured” Irpin.

As can be seen in the published footage, the recording was made near the railway station, at the intersection of Tsentralna and Taras Shevchenko streets.
