British intelligence aircraft will monitor the Black Sea

The UK will use intelligence to monitor Russia's activities in the Black Sea. First of all, it is about preventing attacks on ships that will transport grain. This was announced by British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, Voice of America reports.

"We will use our intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance to monitor Russian activity in the Black Sea, call out Russia if we see warning signs that they are preparing attacks on civilian shipping or infrastructure in the Black Sea," the statement says.

He added that as part of these surveillance operations, RAF aircraft are flying over the region to deter Russia from launching illegal attacks on civilian ships carrying grain.

20 sites in Ukraine added to UNESCO's enhanced protection list

The International List of Cultural Property under Enhanced Protection includes, among others, St. Sophia Cathedral and related monasteries, Kyiv Pechersk Lavra, the historic center of Lviv, Sofiivka Arboretum, Chernivtsi University, astronomical observatories of Kyiv Shevchenko University and Odesa University, etc.

The first Leopard tanks from Denmark arrived in Ukraine

The first 10 Leopard 1 battle tanks from the batch that Denmark promised the Ukrainian Armed Forces have arrived in Ukraine. At the same time, Danish instructors are training soldiers

This was reported by The Guardian with reference to the Danish Armed Forces.

“The first 10 tanks have been sent to Ukraine. And more are on the way,” the statement says.

Danish troops in Germany are training Ukrainian soldiers to use these tanks, the country's Armed Forces said.

“I have no doubt that it will help them win the defense battle they are fighting right now,” army commander Gunner Arpe Nielsen said in the statement.

A polling station with invading Russian forces was blown up in Berdyansk

On the night of September 8, two powerful explosions occurred in occupied Berdyansk on the territory of the Berdyansk Municipal Lyceum, where the invading Russian forces located one of the polling stations for their fake elections, Information Resistance reports.

The first explosion occurred at about 11:20 p.m, the second at midnight. It is known that there were losses among the invaders who guarded the polling station at night. Thus, the Berdyansk guerrillas 'celebrated' the beginning of the so-called elections in the captured city.

"We warn you, this is only the beginning. Berdyansk residents, remember: participation in the sham elections is not only illegal, but also dangerous," the Berdyansk Resistance Movement said.

A Kyiv student has created a chatbot that monitors the frequencies of Russian aviation

Artem Levkivsky, a student of the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, has developed and launched a Telegram bot called Ukrainian Raccoon (@ukrainian_raccoon_bot) that monitors the combat frequencies of Russian strategic aviation, LIGA.Tech reports.

The Ukrainian Raccoon has several features that will help track the activity of the Russian army:

  • Monitoring of the combat frequencies of Russian strategic aviation and frequencies of the Black Sea Fleet.

  • Determining the most likely cause of the air raid.

  • Locating the nearest shelter to the user (currently available only for Kyiv).

  • Monitoring the radiation background and enemy losses.

Moreover, the chatbot even includes thunder notifications to avoid confusion with the sounds of explosions.

According to the developer, the bot's name, Ukrainian Raccoon, comes from a Kherson raccoon that was kidnapped by Russians.
