"I welcome the agreement of all parties to continue the implementation of the Black Sea Grain Initiative to facilitate safe shipping when exporting grain, food and fertilizers from Ukraine," Guterres said.
At the same time, he noted that the UN agrees with the need to lift restrictions on the export of fertilizers from the Russian Federation, which Moscow insists on.
