Trump isn't only Kremlin agent spreading anti-Ukrainian propaganda in US - Piontkovsky
Washington-based political analyst Andrey Piontkovsky says that a series of anti-Ukrainian articles have been published in the US
He said this on Espreso TV.
“I am now in the center of an American information campaign. A series of anti-Ukrainian articles have been published in The Times, The Washington Post, and Politico. The main message is that Ukraine is exhausted, and the population is tired of war and wants peace. The New York Times has also published this story,” Piontkovsky said.
According to the political scientist, there was another information operation that was immediately used by US media for an anti-Ukrainian campaign.
“The media have started spreading the narrative that Ukraine is now causing dissatisfaction with the US government. Politico named three such areas. The first one is the explosion of Nord Stream and the murder of Russian propagandist Daria Dugina, who was blown up by her own crazy father to make her a sacrificial victim. The second is that Western experts are allegedly recommending that Ukrainians leave Bakhmut, but they do not. And the third is that the Pentagon does not believe that Ukraine can liberate Crimea and does not advise it to do so. Anti-Ukrainian propaganda is not only conducted by Kremlin agent Trump. Unfortunately, the second Republican candidate, DeSantis, has also joined in. However, I emphasize that the majority in the US Congress is bipartisan, Democratic and Republican, and unwaveringly supports Ukraine,” Piontkovsky added.
