Saker Scout AI drone opens era of powerful changes on battlefield - Defense Express
Valerii Riabykh, a military expert and director for development at Defense Express Media and Consulting Company, noted that the Saker Scout complex contains several drones that are capable of acting independently
He shared the information on the air of the Espreso TV channel.
"The Saker Scout complex contains several drones that are capable of acting independently, identifying and destroying targets. This complex of drones is controlled by artificial intelligence. This is one of the first systems to implement the technology of object recognition using artificial intelligence. The range of the drone is up to 10 km and it has an inertial system. The drone can bypass enemy electronic warfare systems," explained Riabykh.
The military expert also added that the main task of Saker Scout is to enter the specified area, recognize the target on the battlefield and send attack drones there.
"Saker Scout is able to automatically transfer data to the Delta tactical command and control system. It can also control FPV strike drones at the same time. Such a development can usher in an era of powerful changes on the battlefield that will be controlled by artificial intelligence," emphasized Riabykh.
