One dead, 9 wounded in attack by Russian forces on Kramatorsk center
On the morning of March 14, the Russian army launched a missile attack at the center of Kramatorsk, killing one person and injuring at least 9 others
Nine people were injured, the head of the Kramatorsk city military administration Oleksandr Honcharenko told Suspilne.
"One woman has moderate injuries. All others have light injuries. Two people are receiving medical care in the hospital, five residents are on outpatient treatment, two refused to be hospitalized," Honcharenko said.
In the afternoon, the Donetsk regional state administration reported that the number of wounded as a result of the missile attack on the city had increased to seven. According to preliminary information, nine multi-storey buildings, a kindergarten, a bank building and two civilian cars were damaged.
Earlier Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration, reported on the attack.
He noted that the Russians hit the center of the city with a missile. Six high-rise buildings were damaged. At least three people were injured, one person died.
The head of the press service of the Kramatorsk executive committee, Ihor Yeskov, told Suspilne Donbas that the attack took place at around 8:30 a.m. on March 14. The enemy hit an apartment building.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has already commented on the missile attack on Kramatorsk.
"The evil state continues to fight against civilians. Destroying lives and leaving nothing human. Every strike that takes an innocent life must result in a legal and fair sentence that punishes murder. This is what will happen," he wrote.
