Russians fired 30 shells at Nikopol region, damaged social infrastructure, power lines and houses
Nikopol suffered from new attacks on the evening of January 4 and the night of January 5. Also, a man who was seriously injured the day before died in the hospital.
Valentyn Reznichenko, head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reports.
"The morning brought sad news... A 64-year-old man, who was seriously injured during Russian shelling of Nikopol the day before, died in the hospital," he wrote.
Nikopol suffered from new attacks both in the evening and at night. Russian troops shelled city three times with Grad systems and heavy artillery. At least 30 shells were directed there.
As a result, several houses and outbuildings, a social infrastructure facility and power lines were damaged. People were not injured during the strikes.
In other districts, the night passed under the sound of sirens, but without emergencies.
