Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office reports that on January 28, 2024, at 01:30, Russian troops launched a rocket attack on a residential area of Myrnohrad.
According to the report, a 15-year-old boy and a 35-year-old man sustained mine-blast injuries, cut wounds and bruises.
Also, a 30-year-old resident of a neighboring house was diagnosed with a head injury.
All the victims received emergency medical care.
The explosions damaged 14 apartment buildings, educational institutions and 9 cars.
Under the procedural supervision of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated in a criminal proceeding over violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
