Russian troops to convert storm Z recruitment colony in Luhansk into torture chamber — Regional Military Administration
Russian forces decided to turn the colony in the temporarily occupied Sukhodilsk, Luhansk region, which they use to recruit troops for the Storm-Z penal units, into a torture chamber
This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Artem Lysohor.
He pointed out that soldiers who couldn't be deployed in the so-called "meat assaults" are reassigned to correctional facilities in Russia. There, “newcomers” undergo a process of "educational work".
"The directive from above is to empty the territory of the colony as soon as possible. Those who have money can buy their freedom, as it was with Wagner recruitment," informs the head of the Regional Military Administration.
According to him, the local residents of Sukhodilsk are already worried about the deteriorating crime situation in and around the settlement.
Furthermore, in Rubizhne, a considerable portion of the residents has been anticipating centralized water supply since the spring of 2022. Access is possible in areas where the system remained intact during the Russian assaults.
At the same time, the Russian-installed "authorities" did not repair the destroyed and seriously damaged sections of water pipes, in particular in remote areas of the city.
- British intelligence reported that soldiers of the Russian Storm-Z units receive minimal or no medical care in case of injury. However, Russia plans to return soldiers to the front even after amputations.
