Russian troops don't have positions to set trap for Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kherson region - Volodymyr Molchanov
Political analyst Volodymyr Molchanov believes that it is too late for the invaders to develop traps in the Kherson region
He said this on the air of the Espreso TV channel.
"There are no signs that a trap is being prepared in Kherson. Since yesterday, the defection of Russian troops has begun. The liberation of the villages of Bruskynske and Borozenske from the invaders has already been announced. Before that, there were Snihurivka, Pravdyne, Kalynivske. The Russian forces moved away from Mylove, Chervonyy Mayak, and Zmiivka to Beryslav. From Stanislav and Tomyna Balka in the western direction," Molchanov said.
According to political scientists, the enemy concentrates close to the crossings.
"Trying to cross the Dnipro, the Russian forces suffer huge losses. Russian troops no longer have positions where they could linger to arrange some trap for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, except for Kherson. But the local population fiercely hates the invaders and will be glad to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces reconnaissance groups enter Kherson," Molchanov said.
