Governor Veniamin Kondratiev reported a fire at the Afipsky Refinery. The fire originated in one of the fuel oil distillation units and is believed to have been caused by a UAV. The authorities have managed to contain the outbreak, covering an area of approximately 100 square meters. There have been no casualties.
As of 04:37, it has been confirmed that the fire at the Afipsky Refinery has been extinguished. There is also a video circulating on the internet, allegedly depicting the incident at the Afipsky Oil Refinery.
