Russian invaders forbid to provide free medical care to people without Russian passports in Kherson region - Ukraine’s Defence Ministry
Ukraine’s Deputy Defence Minister Hanna Maliar said that in the temporarily occupied settlements of Kherson region, Russians have banned the free medical care for residents who have not received a Russian passport.

She wrote about this on Telegram.
"The Russian Federation continues to mock our people who were forced to find themselves in the temporarily occupied territories," she said.
Maliar noted that in the settlements of Hornostayivka, Kairy, Zavodivka in Kherson region, the Russian military does not provide medical care to residents who have not received a Russian passport or have not applied for one.
"The invaders have strictly prohibited the provision of free medical care to our people who have not received a Russian passport or have not applied for Russian passports," the Deputy Minister of Defence wrote.
- On 11 June, the National Resistance Centre reported that Russian troops in the temporarily occupied Kherson region were looting settlements flooded by the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station explosion and preventing residents from entering their villages and towns.
- On 28 June, the General Staff stated that Russian occupiers in Hornostaivka, Kherson region, were stealing homes from local residents and declaring them their property.
