Russian forces will face defeat if they attack Kyiv again - military expert Salamakha

He expressed his opinion on Espreso TV. 

“From the point of view of military common sense, even the invasion of February 24 looked like an adventure. Even more so, now a repeat offensive from the territory of Belarus in the direction of Kyiv will look completely absurd. Even if they can now form a strike group together, it will be destroyed, just like last time,” Salamakha explained. 

The expert emphasized that it is difficult to predict the Russians' actions, as they always act illogically.

“The Russians, together with the Belarusians, can create a group of troops numbering between 50,000 and 80,000 people. And even try to advance on the north of Ukraine. However, they will be defeated. This is an adventure. However, it is still impossible to predict their illogical actions,” he added.
