This is reported by the Atesh guerrilla movement.
The movement's agents noticed that the occupying Russian troops were transporting "dragon's teeth" fortifications through the city. They are being transferred to the construction of new defense lines northwest of Mariupol.

"The invaders are so "sure" that Ukraine's counteroffensive has failed that they are hastily building new defenses. But they will not help them - the occupying forces' defense will be broken through!" the movement emphasized.
- On October 9, about 5,000 Russian reservists with two guns on their chevrons were seen arriving in the temporarily occupied Mariupol, Donetsk region. According to an adviser to the city's mayor, the last such deployment of new reservists was recorded six months ago, in April.
