Trump's special envoy Steve Witkoff's plane allegedly in Moscow, Kremlin has "nothing to say"
On Tuesday, February 11, a plane allegedly belonging to U.S. Special Envoy for the Middle East Steve Witkoff arrived in Moscow. Rosaviation stated that it was a “one-time technical flight of a sanitary nature”

“A Gulfstream G650ER Business Jet which departed yesterday from Washington D.C. and is claimed to be owned by Steve Witkoff, Special Envoy to the Middle East and Close-Aide to U.S. President Trump, has entered Russian Airspace and is approaching Moscow,” the post says.
Putin’s spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, stated at a briefing today that the Kremlin had “nothing to say” regarding reports about the visit of Trump's special envoy to Russia.
Later, Russia’s Federal Agency for Air Transport Rosaviation added that a one-time technical flight of a sanitary nature was made to Moscow from Washington.
“This is a simple practice of humanitarian cooperation between states,” Rosaviation noted.
Meanwhile, at 10:52 a.m., RIA Novosti reported that U.S. Ambassador to Moscow Lynne Tracy had visited the Russian Foreign Ministry. The reasons for the visit remain unclear.
- On February 10, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that Moscow was ready to resume a dialogue with the United States, in particular, to discuss “a settlement regarding Ukraine.”
