Ukraine reports 139 combat clashes on frontline, Russia actively storms Pokrovsk direction

Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported the information as of 8:00 a.m. on February 11.

Yesterday, Russia launched 100 air strikes on the Ukrainian positions and populated areas, dropping 140 guided bombs. In addition, it conducted almost 6,000 attacks, including 200 with multiple launch rocket systems, and used 2,853 kamikaze drones.

Twelve Ukrainian settlements were hit by Russian air strikes.

Over the past day, Ukraine's missile troops and artillery hit six Russian troops' concentrations, six artillery systems and four other important military targets.

Frontline update

In the Kharkiv direction, Russian forces stormed the positions of the Ukrainian troops near Vovchansk four times.

In the Kupyansk direction, nine Russian attacks took place over the last day. The Ukrainian defense forces rebuffed the Russian assault near Kindrashivka, Petropavlivka, Stepova Novoselivka and Zahryzove.

In the Lyman direction, Russian troops attacked 12 times. They tried to advance near the settlements of Kopanky, Novoyehorivka, Novoliubivka, Yampolivka, Terny and Kolodiazi.

In the Siversk direction, Russian forces attacked the Ukrainian troops' positions six times near Bilohorivka, Verkhnokamianske, Serebrianka and Hryhorivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, eight combat clashes were registered near Vasiukivka, Bila Hora and Chasiv Yar.

 In the Toretsk direction, Russian troops carried out 11 attacks near Toretsk and Shcherbynivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 47 assault and offensive actions launched by Russian forces near Baranivka, Vodiane Druhe, Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Dachanske, Zvirove, Udachne, Uspenivka, Nadiivka, Andriivka and Dachne.

In the Novopavlivka direction, Russian forces attacked the Ukrainian positions near Zelenivka, Vremivka and Novosilka 12 times.

In the Orikhiv, Huliaipole and Prydniprovskyi directions, no combat clashes were registered yesterday.

In the Kursk region, Ukrainian Armed Forces fought off 27 attacks by Russian invading troops over the past day. 

Russian troops launched 450 artillery attacks, including 12 from multiple launch rocket systems. Russia's aviation also carried out 48 air strikes, dropping 67 guided bombs.

On the border with Belarus, no signs of Russian offensive groups were detected.
