Russian army hits high-rise building with artillery in central Kherson

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
"At about 4:20 p.m., the Russian army hit the central part of Kherson with artillery. The high-rise building was shelled. The attack damaged apartments, as well as cars parked nearby," he said.
According to the local official, a 59-year-old woman received an explosive injury and concussion as a result of the shelling. The ambulance crew took her to the hospital in moderate condition.
