It also shows that the enemy assesses the moral and psychological state of their troops as very low and unbalanced, so they need additional units to maintain internal discipline," commented the head of the joint coordination center.

Natalia Humeniuk notes that Russian forces are currently concentrating their efforts on the Zaporizhzhia direction, but continue to terrorize the Dnipro Delta area with sabotage and reconnaissance groups to disperse the efforts of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
