Following the June 2024 peace summit in Swiss Bürgenstock, Ukraine, Russia, and the United States have regularly inquired about Switzerland's willingness to support diplomatic efforts for peace, according to him.
The Swiss Foreign Ministry clarified that it would organize a meeting only at the request of both Washington and the Kremlin. A ministry representative also stressed that all parties had been informed of Switzerland's readiness to host peace talks.
