Valentyn Reznichenko, the head of Dnipropetrovsk, the Regional Military Administration, reports in Telegram.

In Kryvyi Rih, people cleaned up the water that spilled after a Russian missile attack on hydraulic structures, all night. According to detailed information, the occupiers shelled with "Iskander" and "Kalibre" missiles.

As a result of the shelling, the water level in parts of Ingulets river rose from 1 to almost 2 meters. As of 07:40 a.m., it was lowered by 13 cm. Rescuers and emergency services continue to work.

"112 private houses and yards are flooded. People are evacuated. Several water pipes are damaged due to a missile strike. Almost 5,000 people are without water in the Sofiivskyi community. Restoration work is ongoing," added the head of the Regional Military Administration.

Oleksandr Vilkul, the head of the Kryvyi Rih Military Administration, reports in Telegram that the liquidation of the consequences of the Iskander and Kynzhal cruise missiles is currently underway. At night, two dams were blown up in the Chornohirka area. The water level in the flooded areas began to decrease.

However, Oleksandr Vilkul calls on residents of a number of streets in the Ingulets and Central City districts of the city to evacuate. He fears that the Ingulets river may burst its banks as a result of missile attacks on the dam.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration wrote in Telegram that as of 08:50 the water level in Ingulets has dropped by 40 cm and continues to fall.

Kyrylo Tymoshenko, the Deputy Head of the Office of the President, reported that the local authorities organized four collection points for citizens to evacuate to a safe zone, and the rescue rangers rescued 11 people.

"I wrote that the flow of water volumes reached 100 cubic meters. As a result of such a breakthrough, the water level in the Ingulets river rose from 100 cm to 190 cm. Understanding the problem, in order to lower the water level, it was necessary to blow up part of the hydrotechnical structures downstream." - he remarked.

It was also possible to install the first shunt gate and record a drop in the water level in all areas by 4-6 cm. After installing the second gate, the water level dropped by 40 cm.

"We are working on the complete localization of the leak. The situation is under control and the problem will be eliminated in the near future. There are no such missiles that could target our desire to win," Kyrylo Tymoshenko emphasized.
