This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
During the current month, Russia used the services of two airlines: I FLY and URAL Airlines. The report states that Russia uses these carriers to transport its personnel from Moscow, Novosibirsk, and Yekaterinburg to Rostov.
Then they are sent to Ukraine by ground transport.
"Note that no Russian business or civilian will be able to remain anonymous and avoid responsibility for complicity in the aggression against Ukraine," the Resistance emphasized.

Earlier, ISW said that after the Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down three Russian Su-34s in southern Ukraine between December 21 and 22, Russia reduced its air activity and the use of glider bombs in Ukraine.
