We need 25 Patriot systems total to completely cover Ukraine's skies - President Zelenskyy

He said this during the broadcast of the press conference on Espreso TV.

"I can tell you how many Patriot systems we need, although it is not the only system we need, because we have a complex of systems for defence. Patriot is the most important, the most powerful in this generalised system, it works with ballistics, but it cannot work alone. If I say how many Patriots we need, it will be clear how many we already have. I can tell you how many Patriots we need in terms of the structure of our air defence to completely cover Ukraine. According to our military, we need 25 Patriot systems. But I cannot say how many of these systems we have or will have," the President of Ukraine said.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy added that the decision at the NATO summit on five Patriot systems for Ukraine was a very serious contribution.
