The volunteer reported this on Facebook.
On February 6, Makhovskyi's car with a red cross and the sign Evacuation was parked near a church in Avdiivka, where a meeting was scheduled for those wishing to leave the city. The Russians launched a drone there, causing the car to burn down and the volunteer to be injured.
The White Angels (a group of police volunteers who evacuate civilians from villages in war zones - ed.) took the man to Zaporizhzhia hospital, where he underwent surgery to remove the shrapnel.
- On December 1, two French volunteers were killed and three other foreigners and a Ukrainian activist were injured during the Russian shelling of Beryslav.
-
Starting February 5, foreign volunteers will be allowed to enter numerous dangerous communities in the Kherson region only with the approval of the military administration.
