Victory plan essential, but implementation must follow
To develop a realistic plan for victory, it is essential to first establish the overall strategy, identify the main strategic goals, and then proceed with both strategic and short-term planning
This should be done with careful consideration of available resources, assessments of both one's own and the enemy's strengths and weaknesses, dynamic changes in the situation, time, and other factors.
Flying to the United States with an unrealistic plan is as bad as agreeing to implement an escalation management strategy proposed by our partners.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that the victory plan is 90% complete and that it involved the best experts in its preparation.
Let’s hope that he and his best experts succeed in preparing and implementing these plans, which often seem to be revealed only after being presented abroad.
And then it suddenly turns out that the plans must also be implemented... And not explained to the public that it is impossible to fulfill them because the United States failed. Let’s hope this will not be the case.
