Astra Telegram channel reports.
Local residents reported the attack on the plant. At the same time, local authorities didn't confirm this information.
In the morning, the governor of the Bryansk region, Aleksandr Bogomaz, reported an attack by Ukrainian drones on the region and claimed that four drones had been allegedly eliminated.
"While repelling a terrorist attack, one of the drones crashed into a non-residential building. Thanks to the coordinated work of all services, a fire was prevented. There were no casualties," the local governor wrote.
The channel noted that the Kremniy El plant is one of the largest microelectronics manufacturers in Russia. 94% of the company's products in 2017 were produced for the needs of the Russian Defense Ministry.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry announced the alleged destruction of 16 drones over the territories of Rostov, Belgorod, and Bryansk regions on the night of October 19.
