President Putin does not want to negotiate with President Zelenskyy? Then the negotiations will be led either by a Russian president with a different surname or by the Tsar of Russia, who will finally restore the traditional order in his somewhat smaller kingdom. And by then, the President of Ukraine may also have a different surname…
