President's Office: Ukraine will negotiate with Russia under certain conditions
Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, assures that Ukraine is ready to negotiate with Russia about ending the war
He made this statement in an interview with Radio NV.
"Ukraine is not an aggressor country; Ukraine did not start this war. To position itself correctly, Ukraine states that we are ready for the negotiation process. Russian propaganda spends a lot of money to create the impression that 'the war is ongoing, but we are ready for negotiations while Ukraine is not.' No, Ukraine is ready for negotiations — this is the main point," Podolyak said.

The adviser to the head of the President's Office also emphasized the conditions under which negotiations will be conducted.
“And here Ukraine is clear: ‘Yes, let’s enter negotiations based on terms grounded in international law.’ The main points in this concept are territorial integrity, sovereignty, and state subjectivity. Additionally, for the negotiations to be effective and not just abstract, they must not align with Russia’s desires, such as ‘freezing the conflict for a while, rebuilding our military-industrial complex, and then launching the next stage of the war with new forces,’” the statement said.
