Number of volunteers in army rises: 3rd Assault Brigade on how new law affected mobilization
Deputy Commander of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade Maksym Zhorin said that the number of volunteers in the army increased after the adoption of the law on mobilization
Maksym Zhorin reported this on his Telegram channel.
"With the adoption of the law on mobilization, there are more volunteers in the army - at least I can say from our 3rd Assault Brigade. To a certain extent, this has encouraged some people to make the decision to join the army and to choose a unit before someone else does it for them," writes Zhorin.
The deputy commander of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade also emphasized the importance of recruiting centers.
"They strengthen the ability to reach out to a volunteer. It is at this stage, when a person is just joining (or preparing to join) the army, that further motivation to serve is formed. But it should be taken into account that this is still only part of the process, and such structures cannot cope with all the tasks on their own," the statement said.
Maksym Zhorin also emphasized that people mostly join the 3rd Brigade not because of the hotline number and billboards, but because of the peculiarities of the training process, the experience of commanders and the attitude towards the soldiers.
