This was reported by the Center of National Resistance.
The report highlights a historical pattern, resembling events from a century ago, where Russia continues to exploit conquered lands, seizing whatever it can.
According to the report, trains loaded with grain collected from Ukrainian soil are arriving from the occupied territories.
The Center emphasized, "There is a scheme at the temporarily occupied territories, where farmers are obliged to surrender their grain to the occupiers at a fixed price significantly below the market rate. Afterward, they resell the grain, pocketing the difference. This difference is deemed the Kremlin's payment for "loyalty."
- Simultaneously, more than 2 million tons of grain transited through the shuttered ports of Crimea in 2023. Consequently, the peninsula has become a gray area for exporting Ukrainian grain from the temporarily occupied regions of Ukraine.
