Russia offers residents of temporarily occupied territories money for obtaining its passport
Invading Russian forces in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories are trying to encourage residents to obtain Russian passports by offering them financial rewards
This is reported by the Center for National Resistance.
"The enemy continues to pursue a policy of passportization of the temporarily occupied regions and offers money for receiving red waste paper," the statement says.
For example, for obtaining a Russian passport, the invading troops promise residents of the temporarily occupied territories "housing certificates" in different regions of Russia and RUB 100,000. In this way, the Russian Federation not only passports the region, but also hopes to take Ukrainians out and assimilate them.
According to the Center for National Resistance, this policy is aimed at changing the demographic composition of the population, as the enemy is bringing in "touring artists from the Russian Federation" to replace the deported Ukrainians.
