Russia hits port in Odesa region with missiles, killing its employee, air defense works in Khmelnytskyi and Dnipro regions
On the night of July 27, Russian aggressors attacked Khmelnytskyi region for the second time in a few hours: explosions were heard and air defense systems were activated. The enemy also attacked the port infrastructure of Odesa region

Odesa region
Operational Command South reported that the enemy launched a missile attack on the port infrastructure of Odesa region at night.
"The Kalibr-type cruise missiles were launched from a submarine in the Black Sea at a very low altitude, which made it difficult to detect," the press service writes.
Oleh Kiper, the head of the Region Military Administration, clarified that a 44-year-old security guard was killed.
As a result of the attack, the equipment of one of the cargo terminals was damaged, the security building and two cars were destroyed.
Khmelnytskyi region
The Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration reported a night attack: "Sounds of explosions are heard in Khmelnytskyi region. Air defense is working. Stay in shelters! Take care of yourself and your loved ones".
At approximately 03:25, the air raid alarm was canceled in the region, which began around 2 a.m.
Dnipropetrovsk region
The enemy attacked the region with a drone. But the defenders from the Operational Command East downed it.
"Probably, a 'Shahed' was landed," wrote Serhiy Lysak, head of the Regional Military Administration.

As a reminder, on Wednesday evening, July 26, Russian occupants massively attacked Ukrainian cities with missiles. In particular, air defense systems were operating in Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytskyi, Kyiv and Kirovohrad regions. Explosions were heard in Khmelnytskyi, and missile fragments were seen falling.
