This is reported by the US Department of Defense.
The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States, General Mark Milley, said that the Russian occupation forces have not destroyed any HIMARS missile launchers in Ukraine so far.
"Today, the Ukrainians are effectively using HIMARS to strike Russian command centers, their logistics networks, their field artillery near defense facilities, as well as many other targets", Mark Milley said. "These strikes are constantly reducing Russia's ability to wage an illegal war of aggression".
Mark Milley also noted the skill of the Ukrainians, their ingenuity, artillery skills, determination, as well as will to fight, given the ability of the Ukrainian military to quickly deploy these systems.
