Putin prepares to accuse Shoigu of defeat, war between Kremlin towers is brewing

According to the expert, there is internal struggle in Russia, which is why commander of Russian occupying forces in the East of Ukraine, Oleksandr Lapin, who retreated from Lyman, is considered a traitor, and commander-in-chief of Russian army, Sergey Surovikin, who lost in Kherson, is considered a hero. 

He noted that the Russian president crystallizes his loyal military personnel. According to Petro Chernyk, personnel reshuffles indicate preparation for accusations of defeat, first of all, Russian Minister of Defense, Sergey Shoigu.

"In my opinion, this will happen in the coming months, if very optimistic. We can firmly state that war between great Kremlin towers is brewing. The question is who will beat whom and be the winner, and who will be the victim. Russians cannot do it any other way. A scapegoat for the defeat in Ukraine (and it is increasing) must be appointed", military expert emphasized.
